Felicity is an English actress known for her performance as Jane Hawking, the protagonist of The Theory of Everything. Jones began acting at the age of 12 and was a part of several TV plays and movies. Jones first began her acting career with the TV movie The Treasure Seekers. Later, she was Ethel Hallow in The Worst Witch The follow-up Weirdsister college. She also played Young Ruth in her first film Flashbacks of a Fool and then went on to star in several films. Her popularity grew due to her role in films such as The Invisible Woman and The Amazing Spider-Man 2. In the end, it was her part for the character of The Theory of Everything' which led to her receiving an Oscar award for the very first time. Jones' portrayal as Stephen Hawking's wife in the biopic that was based upon his life, was loved by critics and the public. Inferno is a Tom Hanks thriller was her subsequent role. It was the British Academy of Film and Television Arts Los Angeles has awarded Jones the British Artist of the Year in 2016 due to her extraordinary performance and contribution to film.
