Sara Ramirez
Sara Ramirez is a popular Mexican-American actress singer and songwriter. As a child she was subjected to racial taunts by a lot of Americans. Her confidence began to grow at the age of nineteen when she entered a school audition. She received a lot of praise for her singing. Not only did it boost her confidence but her dreams transformed. She attended New York's Julliard School at the age of 22. In 1993 she made her Broadway debut in Paul Simon's The Capeman. Her first film was called You've Got Mail. The part of The Lady of The Lake is her biggest breakthrough, bringing herself the Tony Award in addition to the acclaim of critics for her role. Following that, she was cast as the character Dr. Callie Torres in ABC's Grey's Anatomy. This led to her becoming more famous. As a professional singer and producer, she's produced one single and an extended piece. In addition, she's an activist and works extensively for LGBT rights.
